History: Frontier Leonbergers of the Southwest was formed in October of 1998 to include all Leonberger owners and friends within the geographical region of Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, and New Mexico. We follow all objectives and policies of our parent club, the Leonberger Club of America. Our founding members were Linda Gagnon, Nan Martin, Jeanette Nordberg, Waltraut Zieher, and Peggy Walker. Since then, our numbers have grown.
